Excellent service and convenient location

The location is close to the tram. Public transportation makes many places easily accessible. The staff is helpful and courteous. I had a king room and it was perfect. The room had many amenities and a nice view.
Breakfast seemed expensive. The spa treatment costs were high. There was no swimming pool at the hotel.

The hotel's location proved ideal, close to key attractions. The tram stop nearby aided convenient travel around the area. Security measures for luggage provided extra peace of mind. Staff guidance regarding directions and taxi services was greatly appreciated.
I found the passage between the bed and wall a bit narrow, restricting movement.

the staff were friendly. the location was convenient for using the tram right outside the hotel
the room smelled of sewage. also, the bed was really uncomfortable it gave me back pain. i think the hotel needs to improve its hygiene standards
